Please click the links to down load the correct forms. You Must fill in a medical form and include it with your race entry. Every driver must have a medical form. each car must have a separate entry form filled in for that car even if it is the same driver driving more than one car. Each driver must have an entry and medical form filled in even if you are sharing the same car.
You must send a check made out to PVGPA for the full amount of whatever combination you are doing for the weekend. This check must accompany your entry form and your medical. The entry form, medical form and check must be sent to Keith Lawrence 102 Sandcreek Drive McMurray, PA 15317
Please fill in the complete forms and please print. Incomplete forms or forms we can not read will delay your entry from processing. Since only a finite number of cars can fit on the track in a given weekend, if we can not read your form or it is incomplete someone else may wind up with the spot you hoped to be in.
For more information on car eligibility please check the VRG website www.vrgonline.org and check their rules and eligibility requirements. In most instances you should be able to find the answers you need there.
